Shipping cost
The total cost of the product / service shall include charges towards shipping, and no separate shipping cost shall be levied. No separate fees shall be payable against delivery of the goods within India.
When orders are placed from outside India, the goods shall be shipped through an identified logistical partner, who would have service to the specific location, as such, the shipping cost shall vary. Outside of India, we will provide shipping to the following three country zones at these approximate rates for up to 0.5 kg packages:
USA: Rs. 2,250
UK: Rs. 1,400
Middle East/Bahrain: Rs. 1,600
Delivery time
We ordinarily ship the products within 7-12 working days after placing the order and completing the details relating to the payment. Tweaky Trends shall make all efforts to ship the product within the time so committed, excluding unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Tweaky Trends. The actual delivery of the goods shall be after the shipping and would depend on the nature and size of the goods and the location, where the goods are to be shipped. Tweaky Trends does not assure delivery of goods at any specific identified time, however, shall adhere to the reasonable range of time, specified for delivery.

Warranties:

The product comes with a 1-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process or during moving the product

Damages caused by the incorrect installation of a product

Cracks during the random displacement

Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood

Damages attributable to handling the product in a manner which is not careful or diligent

With time solid woods encounter minor cracks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these cracks do not hamper the life of a product.

There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
How do I Cancel an item purchased on Tweaky Trends?

Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at tweakystore@gmail.com

Damage & defect will be assessed, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Tweaky Trends, the product is broken or damaged, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Tweaky Trends, to address the issue.

Cancellation in case of wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue & report it to tweakystore@gmail.com.
